Your mailboxes sit on your own domain on UK servers, with spam filtering in front of them and someone to ring when a message goes missing.
There are two setups on offer. Our own servers give you POP3 and IMAP mailboxes that work in Outlook, Apple Mail, phones and webmail. If your team lives in Google’s tools instead, we set up and manage Google Workspace on your domain, and you still ring us when something needs sorting rather than wading through Google’s help pages.

Email questions tend to arrive in a bit of a panic. These are the ones we hear most.
How much does business email hosting cost?
If we host your website, email is included: hosting and email together start from £1 a day + VAT, with as many POP3 and IMAP mailboxes as you need. Email on its own, or a Google Workspace setup, is priced on a quick call depending on how many people need accounts.
Can I keep my email address if I move to you?
Yes. Your addresses belong to your domain, not to your old provider, so they move with you. While the domain records update, both the old and the new mailboxes keep collecting mail, and we pull anything that landed in the old one across afterwards, so nothing bounces. To everyone you email, nothing changes at all.
Should I pick your servers or Google Workspace?
Both work well, so it depends on your team. Our UK servers suit businesses that want straightforward mailboxes in Outlook or Apple Mail, included with their hosting. Google Workspace suits teams already living in Gmail, Drive and Calendar. We set up and manage both, so we’ve no stake in which one you pick.
What happens to my email if my website goes down?
We can set your email up to run separately from your website, so a problem with one doesn’t take the other down with it. Ask for it when you move across and we’ll build it that way. Mail on our UK servers is monitored around the clock and backed up daily, and if something does go wrong you phone us and a human fixes it.
