What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you type in (name, email, phone, website and message), along with your IP address and the time, to help stop spam.

Why

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide your service. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or taking steps at your request before a contract.

Who sees it

Only the dijitul team. Enquiry emails are delivered through our email provider (SMTP2GO). We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

How long

We delete enquiries that don't lead to work within 24 months.

Clients

If you become a client, your account and billing details are held in our client portal and synced to Xero for accounting. They are not synced anywhere else. We never ask for data we do not need, and if we need more we will explain why.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site ("dijibot") sends the questions you type to our own website so it can answer them. Please don't type passwords, card details or other sensitive information into it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you by emailing datacontroller@dijitul.uk (or info@dijitul.uk). We will respond within one calendar month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
